Boiler Sales Leader

Responsible for leading the sales efforts for heating service, maintenance, and contracting opportunities.  Provide leadership and oversight of the heating technical staff.  Work with the contracting group operations manager to develop and fulfill long and short term plans.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned. 
Serves customers by answering inquires and responding to special requests
Responds to customer’s core services needs by identifying opportunities, generating quotes and closing orders
Calls on all levels of buyers with the account from boiler room operator to CEO, with primary emphasis on the financial buyers and decision makers
Orchestrate with owners and different business units the entire scope and processes of the available complex turnkey projects that are identified
Consolidates reference information by collecting, organizing and assembling data for reports, presentations and/or special projects
Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action and communicating with customers and operations as needed
Communicates customer perceptions by gathering customer feedback and sharing information with operations management
Maintains competitive advantage by learning about competitions’ activity and reporting to management
Promotes rewarding workplace by treating co-workers with respect and consideration
Provide leadership to the heating department staff
Teach train and develop heating department staff
Serves as a team member by helping others work more effectively
Completes area operations by performing related duties as may be required
Provide Technical oversight, leadership and guidance
Extensive working knowledge of heating systems, processes and technology

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 
Bachelor's degree (engineering preferred) from four-year college or university; and 10 to 15 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Heating department technicians, supervisors and sales staff
