Brady has a “Boomerang” club comprised of associates that left for what they thought was a better opportunity and then just like a boomerang, they came back! Every year we have at least five former associates that want to return to the company. Our associates tell us they work at Brady because of the family friendly environment and great coworkers and customers. 

Brady offers a unique working environment for our associates. Our associates have, on average, 9.15 years of service with the company. Our technician turnover is less than 2%. We also have 39 associates who are in our 20 year club.
