HVAC Controls Salesperson (Raleigh)

Responsible for estimating and selling complex building automation systems.  The ideal candidate should have the ability to recognize, propose, and close complex control solutions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned. 
Estimating and selling building automation systems.
Consolidates, references information by collecting, organizing and assembling data for reports, presentations, and/or special projects.
Develops owner sales plans and generates successful sales with core customers.
Responds to customers by identifying needs, generating quotes and closing orders.
Provides needed information to other departments to ensure jobs are completed on time.
Communicates customer perceptions by gathering customer feedback and sharing information with management.
Works closely as a team member with other parts of the business.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Must have industry experience; a minimum of five years experience is preferred. 
Bachelor’s Degree in Business preferred
Experience in Controls plan and specification projects and system integration
Experience with Tridium, Bacnet, Lonworks, Trane, Distech and other major control vendors
Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft products, Timberline, P3 and NITRO

Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Selling to Customer Needs, Energy Level, Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism.
