Sheetmetal Lead Man (Raleigh and Wilmington)

Supports our industrial/commercial retrofit department by installing HVAC equipment and Sheetmetal systems.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned. 
Ability to field fabricate fitting
Ability to layout Sheetmetal duct and fittings
Provide instruction to Helpers if needed
Ability to pre-plan and schedule work processes
Interprets drawings related to the job
Assists other team members with job duties as necessary
Supervise/lead others
Ability to travel to the customer locations
Ability to work weekends and/or evenings as necessary


EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 5+ years related experience as a lead man.
