Brady, a company that provides high- efficiency HVAC systems and comprehensive building solutions for commercial and industrial facilities across North Carolina, announces today that Jim Brady, company president, has been awarded the Department of Defense Patriot Award. This recognition is given to employers who support members of the U.S. armed forces in the workplace.

Adam Stancil, a service technician for Brady and a staff sergeant in the U.S. Air Force Reserve, nominated the company for this honor. Stancil is one of four associates that are active-duty members of the U.S. Armed Forces Reserves or National Guard.

“The entire Brady organization is proud of all the men and women who continue to make a sacrifice to defend America’s freedom,” says Brady. “I am privileged to receive this award and will continue to support associates, and their families, who defend our national security.”

This award is presented by the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve, a DOD Committee. To be eligible, employers must be nominated by a U.S. service member, or spouse, and comply with the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act.
