TRAVEL OPTIONS FOR ASSOCIATES

Safe travel is extremely important for our Associates and their guests. Please read the information below carefully and determine the safest option for you.

Hotel Accomodations Available

We have reserved blocks of rooms at three hotels in Downtown Greensboro within walking distance of the event venue. If you want a hotel room for the event, please use the links below to book your room. There are limited rooms available, so we recommend booking soon! 

If you choose a hotel room for the event, you will need to reserve and manage your room reservation. Brady will reimburse you $100 for your hotel stay. Please submit an expense report through Paycom and include your hotel receipt to receive reimbursement. 

Ride Share Reimbursement Option

If you live locally and would prefer to commute to the event, Brady will reimburse you up to $100 for your taxi, Uber, Lyft or Ride Share service travel expenses. Please submit an expense report through Paycom and include your ride share receipt(s) to receive reimbursement.

Room rate: $159/night

Associates must be currently employed and in good standing on December 3, 2022,  with Brady in order to attend the event.
