During the aging process of buildings, the HVAC equipment installed at construction becomes permanently rooted inside the building’s interior. This equipment must be repaired or replaced for the building to work at full capacity. Brady offers an innovative approach to meeting customers’ needs without disrupting occupants or operations. As part of our modular self-contained unit repair and replacement program in collaboration with Trane, Brady has successfully worked with customers around the Carolinas to tear down, assess, repair and rebuild equipment. Within a matter of days, the system is functioning properly as designed without causing any disruption to the original construction of the building.
