As the situation with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve in our communities, I want you to know that we are focused on protecting the health and well-being of our associates while maintaining our commitment to do what is right for our valued clients, partners, and communities.

Our entire operation remains open and fully operational. We may look a little different for the time being, but we are ready to support you and your business. We are actively monitoring the situation and following the guidance of the CDC, as well as other government entities, for recommendations. Should our position change, we will provide that update here for you.

Update 3/20/20:

New Technician Safety Precautions

Our Service Department is fully operational with coordinators ready to dispatch your calls to service technicians who will perform your maintenance and repairs. Our Service Team will be reaching out to customers to ensure we can visit their sites and schedule inspections as needed.

Remote Service Capabilities

Reach out to our remote support technicians with building automation system questions. Customers must have a connected building that Brady can access remotely for this service. Two options to connect with us- By phone (800) 849-1915, Press 1 ask for BIS remote support during normal business hours or email your request for support to bis@bradyservices.com.  

Parts Center Operations

We are taking the highest precautions at all six of our parts centers and will be implementing this curbside pick up and factory direct drop ship options starting March 20th while continuing with our regular business hours. Updates to our stores will be posted here moving forward.
