The session discussed the opportunities and challenges of renovating an existing building to become net zero. It discussed useful resources for architects and engineers that are available to track the stock of net zero buildings nationally. A number of useful tools available to achieve net zero cost effectively were also presented.

The annual Sustainable Energy Conference is one of the most important clean energy economy gatherings in North Carolina and the South.
