Safety is Our Foundational Core Value

Everything we do relies on the safety of our Associates. We recognize, assess, and manage physical and digital risk so that we are safe while we work with each other, our subcontractors, for our customers, and in our communities.

Culture

Safety is a shared responsibility embraced by everyone—from senior leadership to new apprentices. Every team member has the authority to stop or adjust work whenever necessary to address unsafe conditions and ensure a safer workplace for all.

Partnership

By using advanced safety practices and technology, we reduce incidents, minimize downtime, and lower costs for us and our clients. After project completion, we train client teams to safely operate equipment and prevent misuse.

Training

As safety standards evolve, we proactively enhance our training programs through ongoing education and certified courses to stay ahead of industry requirements. Our strong commitment to safety demands thorough, up-to-date training and continuous support for every team member.

A strong safety culture is built on trust, training, and teamwork. When every technician owns safety, we don’t just prevent incidents—we build a company that people are proud to work for.

Commitment to Safe Driving

At Brady, safety behind the wheel is a top priority—especially with our fleet logging over 6 million miles each year.

With so much time on the road, we ensure all Brady Associates are equipped with the knowledge and tools to drive safely. During orientation, every Associate completes the 5 Keys Driver Safety training, establishing a strong foundation for responsible driving.

We also invest in advanced driver safety video technology to provide ongoing protection and real-time insights, helping to keep our team safe every mile of the way.
