Brady Mentorship Program: Celebrating A Major Milestone
Brady proudly marked a major milestone in its commitment to technician development and workforce excellence: the graduation of the first-ever cohort of the Brady Mentorship Program (BMP).
Launched in 2022, the Brady Mentorship Program was created to fast-track the growth of early-career service technicians. This structured two-year development track combines hands-on experience, mentorship from seasoned technicians, in-person workshops, and guided coursework. As a result, technicians finish well-prepared for long-term success in the HVAC industry.
After two years of dedication, learning, and growth, the first BMP cohort officially graduated on May 22, 2025. This outstanding group of five technicians– from across the Raleigh, Fayetteville, and Greenville teams– are now recognized as Level 2 Technicians. They’re ready to take the next step in their careers.

Congratulations to Our Graduates

The graduation ceremony took place at the Southport Union in Morrisville, NC. Brady leaders, mentors, and proud family members gathered to celebrate the occassion. During the event, Brady formally recognized each graduate for their achievement. Graduates had the opportunity to honor a mentor who played a pivotal role in their journey. To show their appreciation, each graduate presented a custom BMP Cohort One coin to their selected mentor.
Brady President and COO, Brad Resler, reflected on the occasion:
It was great to celebrate the hard work and achievements of the first BMP graduating class, as well as to recognize the critical role that each of their mentors played in supporting them throughout the program. Jordan, Chris, Gene, Tyler, and Terrin are each shining examples of why we created the program and have made significant investments to expand it. They have great careers ahead of them at Brady, and have helped to build a solid foundation for developing our next generation of service technicians and leaders throughout the organization.
Throughout the program, participants completed four six-month evolutions. Each evolution focused on key areas of technical and professional development. This blend of structured learning and hands-on experience reflects Brady’s investment in its people and in the future of the HVAC industry. Because of this structured approach, graduates are well-prepared for the field.
Looking Ahead
As we celebrate the success of our first cohort, we’re also excited about what’s next. Cohort Two is on track to graduate in October, continuing the momentum. Meanwhile, Cohort Five will begin their mentorship journey this June, bringing fresh talent into the pipeline and reinforcing Brady’s commitment to growth from within.
Ultimately, the Brady Mentorship Program isn’t just building better technicians, it’s building the future of Brady.
Stay tuned as we continue to grow the program and support the next generation of skilled HVAC professionals.
