Brady Trane has been selected as the recipient of the 2005 Trane PaceSetter Award. Brady Trane should indeed be very proud of this win. It is a huge honor for us and represents a year of hard work by everybody. It is not an easy prize to obtain and it reflects high performance in so many different categories that Trane corporate measures.
In 2005 we rated at #1, #2, or #3 in at least four of the categories. Trane rates categories such as percentage of market share (realized sales), total sales in targeted product lines, Earthwise systems™, and cash flow among others.
Cash flow, or DBO as Trane fondly calls it, is an area where we rated very high. For all those people who think the small things don’t count, they make a huge difference when all the numbers are averaged.
We also rated very high in exceeding our share growth goal. It’s always a nice “feather in the cap” to exceed your goals and to be recognized for it.
Pacesetter is the highest award that Trane offers to a sales office. M100 offices are all of the largest cities (New York City, Chicago, Atlanta, etc) and Greensboro/Raleigh/Wilmington bested them all!
