Brady, a leading provider of building solutions and services, announced the promotion of Rob Morrow to Vice President of Contracting. This strategic leadership move supports the company’s continued growth and expanding role in the mechanical and building automation system (BAS) contracting market.
With decades of experience and a strong track record in delivering turnkey infrastructure solutions, Brady is uniquely positioned to serve clients across key industries such as life sciences, industrial manufacturing, education sectors, and healthcare facilities. As organizations increasingly seek to modernize facilities, reduce energy use, and build operational resilience, Brady is evolving its project delivery model to meet those complex needs.
Rob’s promotion reflects our commitment to investing in leadership that drives value for our customers and raises the bar for project execution. He brings the technical insight, customer focus, and operational discipline we need to lead in a rapidly changing market.
In his new role, Morrow will oversee all facets of Brady’s mechanical and controls contracting business, including Preconstruction, Engineering, Project Management, and Field Operations. He will be responsible for leading project teams, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring successful delivery across a growing portfolio of complex projects. Morrow joined Brady in 2018 and has been instrumental in expanding the company’s portfolio of design-build solutions for regulated, mission critical and high-performance environments. His background includes over 25 years in building solutions, with expertise in building systems including construction, maintenance, product management, sales, and system design.
This leadership expansion supports Brady’s broader strategy to invest in talent, enhance project outcomes, and meet the evolving demands of the built environment. As the company continues to scale, it remains focused on delivering smart, efficient, and resilient building solutions that help customers navigate today’s challenges—and prepare for tomorrow’s opportunities.
