At Brady, we understand the importance of strong partnerships with our community colleges. That’s why we’ve been hosting our annual Community College Instructors Conference since 2019. This event serves as a hub for instructors from different schools to network, share knowledge, and collaborate with us on ways to improve the education experience for students. We’re excited to see the continued success of this event with the steady growth in participation over the past few years. Additionally, we recently sent our partners the first Community College Quarterly newsletter to keep them informed about relevant updates and happenings at Brady.

In this edition, we highlighted the Brady Mentorship Program (BMP), which demonstrates our commitment to early career technicians by providing continued training and support to ease the transition from school into the field. We also showcased our HVAC replacement project at Cape Fear Community College, displaying our commitment to innovation and sustainability within the education sector. In addition, we provided information about training opportunities, and featured a Brady Associate who was a part of the North Carolina Community College system. Finally, we reminded our partners to save the date for the 4th Annual Community College Instructors Conference, where we will continue to foster collaboration and learning within the community college system.

We’re excited to continue sharing updates and building connections with our community college partners through the Community College Quarterly newsletter. If you or someone you know is interested in staying up-to-date with the latest news and updates from Brady and our community college partnerships, we invite you to join the distribution list for our Community College Quarterly newsletter.
