Brady Celebrates and Honors our Veterans on November 11th

Brady is proud to be a veteran-founded, veteran-focused company. Brady Services was begun by a veteran, the late Don Brady, who was committed to supporting his fellow servicemen and women. Today, Brady’s workforce is roughly 20% veterans.

But we don’t just quote numbers and talk about our commitment to veterans, we live it out every day. This month we are observing not only Veterans Day on November 11, but are extending that into a Veterans Month – focusing on supporting and honoring the needs of veterans in our communities. Here are some of Brady’s veterans-focused initiatives happening this month and beyond.

Veterans Awareness

You may see our associates and vehicles rocking some new attire in the month of November. Brady has created camo shirts that our Associates can wear during the month of November to amplify the support of our veterans. We also created special vehicle plates for our trucks to show our support year-round.

Fundraising

Brady is leaning into our partnership with the 3rd Special Forces Warrior Fund to raise even more funds throughout the month of November. Brady will also be matching the donations raised by our associates. In 2020, Brady began our partnership with the 3rd Special Forces Warrior Fund in creating the Brady Trane Scholarship in honor of Al Kuhnemann, a veteran of Brady and the U.S. Armed Forces. We maintained this scholarship in 2021, and are looking to continue it for many years to come.

Brady extends their utmost respect and gratitude to our veterans for all they have done to keep our country safe and strong!
